Nurses in mums hospital not gud at all. Worried there meant 2 b luking after patients & txt on thete phones & ignored buZzers 2 the point patient had 2 use her Mobile phone & ring hospital 2 get a nurse. Have meeting morrow 2 complain as mum is not getting care she needs

have you complain to the ward manager also complain to Patient Advice and Liaison Services ie (pals)

I was down yesterday complaining. Yes its Bangor hospital. Nurse admitted using phone so will b disiplined I had 2 ask 4 mum 2 get help washing & dressing as she culdnt do it, nurses response w as oh didnt no. Complaints r being investigated mum has now being moved 2 a ward were nurses can c her also a notice up saying she needs help. Hoping now it gets better as my mum was very worried. Hoping in 4 wks 2 get her home thank u u ur advice
